Terms and Conditions:

£299 Beginner Class Deal

1. Eligibility
This deal is open to all new and existing customers wishing to enroll in beginner classes.
The deal is designed as a lifetime guarantee for achieving beginner qualifications. If a student does not pass Level One (as determined by our teachers), they may continue attending until they do, provided all terms are met.
 

2. Purchase and Use
Customers may purchase multiple deals to assign to friends or family members. Each deal must be assigned to a specific individual after purchase and cannot be reassigned later.
The deal is non-transferable after assignment and cannot be sold or shared with others.
Each deal may only be used by the person it is assigned to.
 

3. Booking and Attendance
Sessions must be booked online in advance and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Customers may use their sessions at their own pace; sessions can be used as quickly or as slowly as desired within the validity period.
If a customer books a session and does not attend, the missed session will be deducted from their package.
If a customer misses 10 or more booked sessions, the lifetime guarantee will be revoked.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid the session being counted as missed.
If a customer does not book a session, they may attend and pay the standard door price.
The studio reserves the right to stop or reschedule classes and to start other classes as is suitable for the business.
 

4. Level Progression and Upgrades
Progression from the beginner level is determined solely by our teachers, based on mastery and proficiency as outlined in our teaching method.
If a student is ready to move up before using all beginner sessions, the value of unused sessions will be credited pro-rata toward the next level, based on the original purchase price.
The pro-rata credit will be calculated according to the number of unused sessions
 

5. Compliance and Misuse
All customers must comply with studio policies and codes of conduct. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Misuse of the deal includes, but is not limited to:
Booking and cancelling last minute (less than 24 hours’ notice)
Attempting to transfer or sell the deal after assignment
Booking sessions for others under your name
Providing false information to gain eligibility or extra sessions
Repeated actions that create an administrative burden (an admin fee may apply)
The studio reserves the right to revoke the deal and/or guarantee immediately in cases of misuse or violation. No refund will be issued in such cases.
 

6. Amendments and Termination
The studio may amend or terminate these terms and conditions at any time, with 30 days’ notice provided via the website.
In cases of misuse or violation, immediate action may be taken without notice.
 

7. Refunds and Disputes
If the deal is revoked by the studio for reasons other than misuse, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
